About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Skilled Nursing for a travel nursing job in Davenport, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans accordingly.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Current licensure as an RN in the state of Iowa.
- Minimum of one year of recent, relevant clinical experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications.
Skills
- Skilled in providing compassionate and effective patient care.
- Experience with medication management and treatment protocols.
- Knowledge of infection control and prevention practices.
