About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Skilled Nursing for a travel nursing job in West Union, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in patient living areas.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of one year of recent acute care experience preferred.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
