Travel Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing - $1,896 per week

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Skilled Nursing for a 6-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Waukon, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Monitor patient health status and report changes to supervising nurses.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Iowa.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in SNF setting preferred but not required.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
