Travel Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing - $1,480 per week

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Skilled Nursing for a 12-week assignment starting on August 17, 2026, in LaFollette, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans accordingly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Tennessee.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in SNF setting preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in using medical equipment and technology.
