Travel Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing - $1,819 per week

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Skilled Nursing for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Bigfork, Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients under the direction of a physician.
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans accordingly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as an RN in the state of Minnesota.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience in SNF setting preferred.
• Knowledge of infection control practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug screening.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
