Travel Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing - $1,929 per week

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Skilled Nursing for a travel nursing job in Plymouth, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and nights.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• Must be able to pass a physical exam.

• Strong communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in computer systems used in healthcare settings.
