About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Skilled Nursing for a travel nursing job in Tyndall, South Dakota.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred.
- Knowledge of Skilled Nursing Facility regulations and standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including 12-hour shifts, nights.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Completion of an approved RN clinical training program.
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in computer systems for documentation.
