About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Skilled Nursing for a 13-week assignment starting on August 17, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in South Dakota.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
Qualifications
- Passing a background check.
- Willingness to work 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, nights.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 12 hours, nights, and the start date is August 17, 2026.
