About the role
A travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing position is available in West Stewartstown, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Assist with daily living activities as needed.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient care in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New Hampshire.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.

Schedule
40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, evenings, nights, rotating shifts.
