About the role
OneStaff Medical is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Owen, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider.
- Assist with daily living activities as needed.
- Monitor patient health status and report changes to supervising staff.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Wisconsin.
- Current CPR certification.
- At least one year of recent clinical experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
