• Mix of long term and skilled residents
• # of Beds/Residents: 30 residents per unit (60 total)
• Private rooms
• EMR: Point Click Care
• Ratios: RN's/LPN's: 1:15
• Call or Standby Requirement: NO
• Floating Requirements: Travel float as needed travelers will float before CORE staff
• Scrub Color/Dress Code: RN's: navy blue nurses
• Common Diagnosis / Types of Patients: Inability to care for self, Sepsis, Femur Fx, NSTEMI, CKF, CHF, UTI. Mix of long term residents and residents here to gain strength to return home

Job Duties

• LPN - Pass meds, wound care, Foley/cath care, PEG tube feedings, Ostomy care, trache care
• RN will take care of IVs, PICC lines, mediports, etc.

Experience or 'Must have' skills

• IVs, PICC lines, Mediports, Central lines
• IV Antibiotics/Blood/ IVF
• No reading of strips
