About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Skilled Nursing for a travel nursing job in Baltimore, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and policies.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Knowledge of Skilled Nursing Facility protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including 12-hour shifts, nights, and weekends.
Qualifications
- Pass a background check.
- Pass a drug screening.
- Be eligible to work in the United States.
