Travel Registered Nurse OB GYN Job

Travel, temporary assignment supporting experienced inpatient-adjacent nursing in a home-based hospice setting in Los Angeles, California. Start date: 09/14/2026 for 13 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Collect relevant data, analyze assessments, and determine diagnoses and care needs
• Develop, implement, and evaluate a plan of care; coordinate care delivery with other disciplines
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to provide a safe, healing, and compassionate environment
• Educate patients and families, participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care, and delegate tasks as appropriate to the care team
• Ensure proper documentation and use of health information systems to track progress and outcomes

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (California required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Certifications:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) from an approved vendor
  • Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification
  • NIH Stroke Scale certification
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from an approved vendor
  • EPIC experience required
• At least two years of recent nursing experience in the field
• Ability to work in a home healthcare/hospice setting; strong critical thinking and supervisory skills

Pay

• Weekly pay range: $2,489-$2,593 per week
• Guaranteed hours: 36 per week

Schedule

• Shift: 3x12-hour Nights
