Travel Registered Nurse Med Surg Tele Job

Travel Registered Nurse assignment in an acute-care hospital in Nashua, NH, beginning 09/14/2026 for 13 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients on admission using interview techniques to obtain medical history, current status, vital signs, labs, imaging, and other tests.
• Develop and implement a written care plan under physician direction.
• Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic and adverse effects.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence-based care and timely documentation.
• Maintain accurate nursing records, communicate effectively with patients and families, and ensure patient safety throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Active RN license in New Hampshire or Compact License.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• 3 years of nursing experience preferred with strong Med Surg/Tele skills.
• Demonstrated experience in MS/Tele on inpatient floors.
• Ability to work the 3x12 night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) in a hospital setting.

Schedule

• 13-week contract.
• 3x12 night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM).
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week.
• Up to 16 hours of orientation may be unpaid.
• Assignment may be canceled for up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract.

Pay

Weekly pay ranges from $2,165 to $2,333.

Final compensation packages and confirmed hours will be discussed during the hiring process.
