Travel Registered Nurse Med Surg Tele Job

Travel assignment for a Registered Nurse in a hospital med/surg tele unit in Morrisville, Vermont. Start date: 08/13/2026. Duration: 13 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-specific direct patient care using the Nursing Process within the department’s standards.
• Deliver nursing care to assigned patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses, documenting care appropriately.
• Assume leadership responsibilities, including delegation of work to other levels of staff.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and maintain patient safety and privacy.
• Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and hospital/department policies.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and de-escalate when needed.

Requirements

• Active, current Registered Nurse license in Vermont.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC), and de-escalation training must be active prior to contract start date; if not, a booked course is required at Clinical Orientation.
• Ability to work in a hospital setting and in a med/surg tele environment.
• Willingness to participate in a travel assignment with guaranteed hours.

Pay

Weekly pay: $2,025–$2,090 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week.
