Registered Nurse – Med Surg Tele, Nashua, NH. Travel assignment starting 08/03/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,095–$2,130 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Night, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 pm–7:00 am). Setting: hospital-based Med Surg Tele unit.

Responsibilities
- Assess patients on admission using appropriate interview techniques to obtain past medical history, current status, vital signs, lab work, imaging and other diagnostic tests
- Collaborate with physicians to plan and implement a written care plan and provide ongoing assessment and adjustment of care
- Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process in the Med Surg Tele setting; monitor, administer medications, perform treatments, and respond to changes in condition
- Communicate effectively with the care team and document care in the medical record; provide education to patients and families
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and quality of care; participate in discharge planning and care transitions as needed
- Support shift handoffs and adhere to unit protocols for telemetry monitoring and pain management
Requirements
- Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire or Compact State
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Certifications: BLS required; ACLS required
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of nursing experience preferred; strong Med Surg Tele experience
- Other: Ability to work night shifts (7:00 pm–7:00 am) and function within a hospital setting; strong math, analytical, written and verbal communication skills
