Registered Nurse – Med Surg (Travel)
Location: Wolf Point, Montana, United States
Start Date: 07/27/2026
Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 2x3 Nights
Key Highlights
- Weekly Pay: $2,035 - $2,066 per week
- Guaranteed Hours: 36.0 per week
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Setting: Hospital (travel assignment)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult medical-surgical patients, including routine post-operative and acute care needs.
- Maintain patient status, administer medications and treatments per physician orders, and document changes in care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, case managers, and family caregivers, to ensure safe, quality care.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort, manage infection prevention practices, and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
- Float to other departments as needed to support staffing, with L&D coverage considered for qualified candidates and applicable certifications.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Montana (or eligible to obtain) to practice in the assigned location.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience in medical-surgical nursing; experience in Labor Delivery is highly encouraged.
- Certifications such as NRP and STABLE are encouraged for candidates with L&D exposure.
Education
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN degree or diploma).
- Eligibility for licensure as a Registered Nurse.
