Travel Registered Nurse Med Surg Job
Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Assess patient needs, develop care plans, implement treatments, and evaluate patient outcomes
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff across levels; delegate tasks under appropriate supervision
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members and other disciplines to ensure safe, effective patient care
- Apply critical thinking and professional judgment in daily patient management, prioritization, and safety
- Document care accurately, monitor patient status, and respond promptly to changes in condition
Requirements
- Active registered nurse license in California
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN)
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and participate in a 36-hour weekly schedule
- Eligible for a travel assignment in Tulare, California
- Experience in a hospital Med Surg setting is assumed to be preferred for efficient integration

Weekly pay: $2,085–$2,182 per week
