Travel Registered Nurse ICU Job

About the role

Work in a short-term acute care hospital ICU starting 09/14/2026 for 13 weeks. Earn $2,087–$2,231 per week with guaranteed 36 hours. Shifts are 3x12-hour nights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) in a high-acuity ICU setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated bedside nursing care for ICU patients per established standards and the nursing process
• Monitor hemodynamic status, implement interventions, and adjust care plans as patient needs evolve
• Administer medications, monitor for adverse reactions, and ensure safe medication practices
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes
• Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff and coordinate duties across shifts
• Participate in discharge planning, provide patient/family education, and document care using the electronic health record (EPIC)

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of practice (OREGON) or as required by the state of assignment
• BLS and ACLS required; facility-specific BLS/CPR policy compliance
• EPIC experience required
• Minimum of two years of recent ICU/acute care nursing experience
• BSN preferred; ability to work in an ICU setting and cover night shifts
• Night shifts required; holiday time-off requests will not be approved
