Travel Registered Nurse CVOR

Key Responsibilities

• Scrubbing or circulating for complex cardiac cases while maintaining strict aseptic techniques.
• Managing specialized CVOR technology such as cell savers, sutures, and intraoperative bypass monitoring.
• Responding swiftly to emergencies like massive hemorrhage or intraoperative cardiac arrest with interventions such as emergency cannulation.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with a diploma from an accredited school.
• Valid BLS provider certification within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year RN experience in an acute care environment; additional acute care experience preferred.

Skills and Attributes

• Proficiency in sterile techniques and cardiopulmonary bypass procedures.
• Ability to manage complex surgical equipment and respond effectively during emergencies.
