About the role
We are seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Operating Room Registered Nurse (CVOR RN) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Serving as a patient educator
- Circulating nurse duties
- Scrub nurse duties
- Handling and preparing sterile instruments and equipment within the operating room
Qualifications
- At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Surgery setting
- Active RN license
- Possibly BLS & ACLS certification
Key Skills & Duties
- Expertise in open heart surgical procedures and OR operations
- Ability to work collaboratively within the sterile and non-sterile areas of the OR
- Ability to educate patients and coordinate care effectively
