Responsibilities
Perform MRI examinations using Siemens MRI systems; ensure proper patient positioning, comfort, and safety; select appropriate sequences to meet physician orders; optimize image quality through parameter adjustments; communicate findings with radiologists as needed
Verify patient identity and requisitions; document imaging procedures; ensure correct labeling and storage of images in the PACS
Prepare and sanitize imaging rooms and equipment; perform basic quality control checks; report any equipment issues promptly; follow infection control and safety protocols
Screen patients for MRI contraindications, monitor for claustrophobia or adverse reactions, and maintain patient safety throughout the exam
Collaborate with radiologists and radiology team members to deliver accurate studies; adhere to facility protocols and regulatory requirements
Requirements
ARRT registration (MRI)
MRI experience with Siemens systems preferred
Ability to work a rotating shift
Capacity to work in a hospital setting
Travel assignment readiness and eligibility for US work
