Travel Progressive Care Unit RN - $1,950 per week

About the role

Progressive Care Unit (PCU) registered nurse position in Clyde, North Carolina, within a 22‑bed unit specializing in adult cardiac and post‑cardiac catheterization care.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care to adult cardiac and post‑cardiac catheterization patients.
• Support patients with various cardiac diagnoses to ensure optimal recovery and stability.
• Manage care for adult patients with cardiac conditions, post‑cath lab recovery, and cardioversion procedures.
• Collaborate in a team‑oriented environment, demonstrating excellent communication and flexibility.
• Adhere to the unit’s dress code, including wearing navy scrubs.

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a step‑down or intensive care unit (ICU).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Current National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.

Qualifications

• Experience with telemetry equipment.
• Experience with adult patient population.
• Experience in cardiac trauma or cardiac procedures.

Schedule
