About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high‑quality home health services across Robeson, Hoke, and Cumberland Counties. This role offers a consistent 40‑hour weekly guarantee, a Monday–Friday daytime schedule, and on‑call responsibilities. Productivity expectations are 30 points per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient assessments, medication administration, wound care, and patient/caregiver education in the home setting.
• Perform Start of Care assessments, recertifications, routine visits, evaluations, and discharge visits according to agency standards.
• Create individualized care plans based on physician orders and patient needs.
• Maintain timely, compliant electronic medical records.
• Communicate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Identify changes in condition and escalate appropriately.

Schedule & Work Details

• Weekly Hours: 40 hours guaranteed
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Coverage Area: Robeson, Hoke, and Cumberland Counties
• Mileage Reimbursement: No reimbursement between visits
• Productivity: 30 points/week
• On‑Call/Weekend Requirement: Yes
• Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs or any color; no need to purchase new uniforms

Required Qualifications

• Active RN License — Verify RN licensure
• Home Health Experience Preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and patient‑care skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Pay

$50/hr
