Responsibilities
Implement and monitor rehabilitation plans for patients under supervision of a licensed PT

Support transfers, ambulation, gait training, and use of assistive devices while ensuring patient safety
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in patient records; adhere to infection control and safety policies
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (nursing, physicians, therapy, case management) to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements
Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in Connecticut
Ability to practice in a long-term care setting
Availability for a 13-week travel assignment with guaranteed hours
Strong communication and teamwork skills for interdisciplinary care
Proficiency in basic documentation and charting practices
