Travel Physical Therapist – Long Term Care/SNF - $2,080 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 24, 2026, in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient conditions and progress, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a SNF setting.
• Experience with various physical therapy modalities and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Current CPR certification.

Pay
