Travel Physical Therapist – Long Term Care/SNF - $2,080 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 11, 2026, in East Greenwich, Rhode Island.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient conditions and progress, and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Rhode Island.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a SNF setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Additional benefits such as medical/dental/vision insurance are in addition to the weekly pay.
