Travel Physical Therapist – Long Term Care/SNF - $2,080 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 12, 2026, in Williamsport, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Maryland.
• At least one year of experience in SNF settings preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Proficiency in using medical equipment and technology.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
