About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Albert Lea, Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient care activities and progress in medical records.
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Minnesota.
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a SNF setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems.
Skills
- Skilled in assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions.
- Familiarity with assistive devices and equipment.
- Experience with fall prevention and rehabilitation techniques.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal & incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Additional benefits such as medical/dental/vision insurance are in addition to the weekly pay.
Schedule
8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
