Travel Physical Therapist – Long Term Care/SNF - $2,020 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNFs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania.
• At least two years of recent clinical experience in SNFs preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

• Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
