Travel Physical Therapist – Long Term Care/SNF - $2,060 per week

About the role

A travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist is needed for a 13-week assignment starting July 25, 2026, in Danville, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term care facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient conditions and progress regularly to adjust treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and maintain medical records.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Current CPR certification.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in computer systems for documentation and scheduling.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal & incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Additional benefits such as medical/dental/vision insurance are in addition to the weekly pay.
