About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a position in Portola Valley, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
- Work 40 hours per week on a 8-hour shift
- Assist clients in improving their physical function and mobility
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of California
- At least 1 year of recent clinical experience in LTC or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer preferred

Pay
