About the role
Travel Physical Therapist position in an outpatient setting located in Sebastian, Florida. This role involves evaluating assigned patients, developing and implementing treatment plans focused on facilitating patients' return to community activities. Training and orientation are provided to ensure successful integration into the clinical team.
Schedule
- Day shifts, 8 hours per day
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients
- Utilize clinical reasoning to develop and adjust treatment plans
- Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and timely
- Participate in student programs
- Provide feedback for organizational performance improvement initiatives
- Adhere to state-specific Practice Acts and professional standards
- Demonstrate behaviors aligned with organizational values including safety, professionalism, and continuous development
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School
- 0 or more years of outpatient clinical experience
- CPR Certification
- Active license for the State of Florida
- Prior completion of an assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired
- Prior completion of an assignment with the organization is a plus
