Job Details

• Evaluate and develop treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction.
• Document therapy services accurately, concisely, and in a timely manner, including goal setting, quality assessments, and charge entry.
• Ensure care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approvals as necessary for clinical care.
• Participate in student programs to foster a positive learning environment, providing appropriate supervision and completing evaluations.
• Pursue professional development through continuing education, self-study, and organizational involvement, applying learned information to meet organizational goals.
• Adhere to State Practice Act and maintain professional licensure in good standing, completing all mandated continuing education requirements.
• Apply performance improvement methodologies to enhance service quality.
