Schedule: Days, 8 hours shift, minimum 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
Active/applicable license for the State of Florida
CPR Certification
0 years of experience (entry-level acceptable)
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
Prior assignment with the organization or agency is highly desirable

Completes comprehensive patient evaluations
Utilizes clinical reasoning for treatment planning
Maintains accurate medical records
Participates in student programs
Pursues ongoing professional development
Adheres to State Practice Act and maintains licensure in good standing
Demonstrates understanding of performance improvement initiatives and ethical practice
