Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Lake City, Florida.
About the Role
Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. This outpatient role features a one-on-one treatment model with no double booking, 40-minute treatments, and an approximate patient volume of 12 patients per day. The client provides free CEUs.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one physical therapy treatments in an outpatient setting.
- Manage a patient volume of approximately 12 patients per day.
- Utilize WebPT (preferred) for documentation and treatment planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program.
- Active state license required to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification may be required (AHA or ARC).
- Outpatient experience required.
- Level 2 background screening (Florida's highest level) required for positions of responsibility or trust.
