Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $1,843 per week

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract position in Annandale, Virginia. This is an outpatient assignment with a flexible schedule.

Schedule

• 13-week contract
• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour flexible shifts
• 5x8.0 shift pattern available

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients
• Utilize clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans and goals
• Document patient care clearly and accurately within specified timelines
• Provide care under signed, valid physician orders and maintain insurance compliance
• Participate in student program assignments to provide a positive learning environment
• Create and pursue an individualized professional development plan
• Adhere to state practice acts and regulatory agency guidelines
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance service quality
• Evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with the patients' needs, goals, and physician direction
• Delegate and direct all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients
• Ensure the design of functional treatment programs for effective return to community activities
• Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, coworkers, and self
• Adhere to the organization's Mission Statement, Core Values, Code of Conduct, and professional standards
• Maintain a strong focus on patient and employee safety, ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• 6 months of outpatient clinical experience
• CPR certification
• Active and applicable state licensure for practicing as a Physical Therapist
