ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Glen, New Hampshire. The Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with the patients' needs, goals, and physician direction. This role is responsible for the delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring the design of functional treatment programs that allow effective return to community activities. The therapist serves as an educator for patients, families, students, coworkers, and themselves, while performing other professional duties associated with patient care and program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
• Utilize clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans and goals.
• Document medical records in a clear, concise, and timely manner in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Ensure care is provided under signed, valid physician orders.
• Participate in the student program, offering a positive learning environment with appropriate supervision.
• Create and implement a professional development plan in collaboration with clinical management.
• Adhere to the discipline-specific State Practice Act and maintain licensure in good standing.
• Engage in performance improvement initiatives to enhance quality of services.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification.

Schedule

5x8.0 schedule, starting on 7/6.
