Job Summary

Occupational Therapist (OT SNF) position available at a skilled nursing facility in Tacoma, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to identify functional needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement interventions to improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and execute individualized care plans
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress notes
• Submit applications and documentation as required for credentialing purposes
• Participate in float rotation as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 0 years of experience required
• Must have current certification as an Occupational Therapist
• Must be able to work a 40-hour per week schedule, 8 hours per day, on a days shift
