Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
- Work 40 hours per week on an 8-hour day shift (5x8hrs).
Requirements
- Valid professional license or registration as required by the state of Ohio.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Specialty-related certifications are preferred and may be required.
- Professional references.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
