Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is sought for a full-time travel position in Sioux City, Iowa. This role involves providing clinical care to a patient population aged 55 and older, with potential to float within the same discipline across local campuses. The position offers a fast-paced clinical environment with a focus on delivering high-quality rehabilitative services.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical occupational therapy services to patients aged 55 and older in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed.
• Complete mandatory orientation on the Monday prior to the start date.
• Utilize Electronic Patient Records (EPIC) for documentation.

Requirements

• Valid Iowa state Occupational Therapist license.
• Graduation from an accredited OT program.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification.
• Driver’s License.
• Child and adult abuse mandatory reporter certification.
• Experience with Electronic Patient Records (EPIC).
• Skills checklist completed within the last year.
• One supervisory reference.
• Must be a first-time traveler or have relevant travel experience.
• Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility (unless in Madison with a local rate adjustment).
• Must have been an employee of the organization within the last 12 months.

Preferred (not required): Oncology and trauma certifications.

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• 8-hour day shifts.
• No on-call or call schedule.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
