Job Details: Location: Sioux City, Iowa Shift Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week Start Date: 08/24/2026 Required Qualifications: Valid Iowa state license, graduation from an accredited OT program, Drivers License, work history/resume, skills checklist (completed within 1 year), copy of certifications, references - 1 supervisory, BLS (AHA) certification, experience in Electronic Patient Records (EPIC), child and adult abuse mandatory reporter certification, oncology and trauma certifications preferred but not required, must be a first-time traveler or have relevant experience, and must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility, unless in Madison with a local rate adjustment. Additional Information: Candidate must be an employee of the organization within the last 12 months. The role may include float responsibilities within the same discipline across local campuses.
