Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- 1+ years of OT experience
- Skills checklist within 1 year
- 0-1 reference at time of submission
- Valid state license for Oklahoma

- Effectively screens and evaluates patients, utilizing standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
- Provides skilled treatment interventions, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices.
- Assesses patient progress, adjusts treatments, and documents outcomes according to regulatory and clinical standards.
- Participates in team meetings and trainings, supports supervision of rehabilitation aides and students, and adheres to professional practice acts and ethical standards outlined by national and state guidelines.
