Job Summary

Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings located in Oklahoma. This position involves evaluating and providing rehabilitative and skilled therapy services for patients with cognitive and activities of daily living (ADL) physical functioning disorders. The role requires collaboration with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective treatment plans and ensure regulatory compliance.

Job Details

  • Shift: Days
  • Schedule: 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

  • Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license
  • 1+ years of OT experience
  • Skills checklist within 1 year
  • 0-1 reference at time of submission
  • Valid state license for Oklahoma

Additional Information

  • Effectively screens and evaluates patients, utilizing standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
  • Provides skilled treatment interventions, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices.
  • Assesses patient progress, adjusts treatments, and documents outcomes according to regulatory and clinical standards.
  • Participates in team meetings and trainings, supports supervision of rehabilitation aides and students, and adheres to professional practice acts and ethical standards outlined by national and state guidelines.
