About the role
Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) providing therapeutic services to patients with a focus on improving functional outcomes and fostering patient independence. This is a daytime travel assignment.
Schedule
- Dayshift, 8 hours per day
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services according to facility protocols and standards
- Adhere to SOPs, AHA guidelines, and patient care protocols
- Work in a skilled nursing facility environment
Requirements
- Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Accredited degree in occupational therapy or a related field
- Valid license in the state of Washington
- Preferred experience in SNF settings
