Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a position in Lebanon, New Hampshire. The assignment begins 09/28/2026 and runs for 15 weeks (through January 9, 2027).
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility.
- Support patient rehabilitation and functional independence.
- Deliver patient-centered care aligned with individual care plans.
- Work in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
- Current state licensure or registration.
- 0 years of experience required (entry‑level).
Schedule
Dayshift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
