Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – Long Term Care - $2,205 per week

Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting June 29, 2026, in Moore, Oklahoma. This position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and a gross weekly pay of $2205.25.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in long-term care facilities
• Assess residents' functional abilities and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic activities to improve residents' quality of life
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Document progress and communicate with family members and other healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Oklahoma
• At least 2 years of recent experience in Long Term Care
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam
• Current CPR certification
