Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Mound City, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in long-term care facilities.
• Assess and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities and quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• At least 2+ years of recent experience in Long Term Care Occupational Therapy.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
• Must be available for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026.
• Must be able to travel independently to various locations within Missouri.
