A travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist position is available in Ada, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to promote independence and recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam.
