Travel Occupational Therapist - Long Term Care - $2,205 per week

About the role

Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026 in Ada, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in long-term care facilities.
• Assess and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities and quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with staff and families.

Requirements

• Must have at least 2+ years of recent experience in Long Term Care Occupational Therapy.
• Current licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Oklahoma.
• Knowledge of long-term care settings and patient care protocols.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the national certification exam.
• Current CPR certification.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Pay

Gross weekly pay: $2205.25
