Travel Occupational Therapist - Home Health

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and revisits in patients' homes, averaging four visits daily to support recovery and independence.
• Provide assessments, follow-up care, and coordinate with healthcare teams.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid California OT license
• BLS certification
• NPI
• Valid driver's license with automobile insurance
• Minimum of two years' healthcare experience, preferably in home health settings
• Familiarity with Cerner charting system is a plus
