Responsibilities
Help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills in a home health setting. Provide therapy services, assess patient needs, and ensure quality care. Maintain productivity standards and adhere to dress code.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active State License required.
- Home health experience and BLS certification may be necessary.
- Strong compassion and dedication to patient care.
Key Duties
- Deliver therapy services Monday through Friday, with a typical shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- No weekend or on-call duties.
- Reimburse mileage between patient visits.
- Maintain productivity points and follow dress code guidelines.
